Bart MacLeod brings to ESC more than 20 years of experience building and delivering software solutions to customers worldwide.

As the Director of Terminal Operating Systems for Embarcadero Systems Corporation, Mr. MacLeod is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of ESC software products to ESC customers.

Prior to ESC, Mr. MacLeod was Senior Director of Release Management at Commerce One, a provider of business-to-business e-commerce solutions. Mr. MacLeod managed the release of all Commerce One products and led major initiatives to assure product interoperability and improve the design, development, and testing practices for Commerce One’s Software Engineering organization.

Before joining Commerce One, Mr. MacLeod spent ten years with Action Technologies, Inc. a leading provider of workflow automation technology. As Vice President of Services, Support, and Training at Action Technologies, Mr. MacLeod developed and delivered the company’s service and training offerings and led workflow automation initiatives in 60 different organizations throughout the world.

Mr. MacLeod holds two patents on workflow automation technology. He has a Bachelors Degree in Management from Saint Mary’s College.
