Stephen Scheiman brings to ESC more than 15 years of experience managing the operations of large-scale Enterprise Information Systems in such diverse areas as the Transportation Industry, Banking and Trading Operations, Application Hosting, and Geographic Information Systems.

Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Scheiman served as the Director of Information Technology for Navis LLC, a leading software provider to the Transportation Industry. While at Navis, Mr. Scheiman designed and deployed the infrastructure for several key technology initiatives including Navis’ first hosted applications and led efforts to redesign and optimize IT-related business processes.

Mr. Scheiman also served as Vice President, Technology Operations / Market Data Manager for Paine Webber where he was responsible for managing Paine Webber’s multi-million dollar Technology Refresh Project as well as their Y2K readiness program.

Mr. Scheiman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
