Matthew C. Yearling is a 25 year technology industry veteran. In 2005, he joined ESC as senior vice president & chief technology officer. In this role, Mr. Yearling is responsible for the product development, technology operations, and delivery of technology services to many of the world’s largest transportation supply chain companies.

Prior to ESC, Mr. Yearling spent over 15 years at Oracle Corporation holding several executive roles within the internal IT, product development and support services organizations where he applied innovative technology approaches to enable business growth, enhance operational efficiency and deliver robust customer solutions. In his last role, Mr. Yearling was vice president of On Demand where he spearheaded the process, technology and operational architectures that enabled On Demand to become Oracle’s fastest growing business.

Before joining Oracle, Mr. Yearling held various IT positions within Her Majesty’s Government Ministry of Defense (UK) that focused on the logistics of naval vessel overhauls.

Mr. Yearling holds an M.S. in Technology Management from Pepperdine University and an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth, England.
