Embarcadero Systems Corporation (ESC) Enhances Operations in Europe with the establishment of ESC Europe and Offices in Marseille, London, Munich, and The Netherlands

ALAMEDA, CA - June 7, 2004 - Embarcadero Systems Corporation (ESC) has enhanced its European operations with the opening of four regional offices throughout Europe. The offices that comprise the company's European operations form ESC Europe. The headquarters located in Marseille, function as the main sales and marketing office and supports the offices located in London, Munich and The Netherlands. The establishment of ESC Europe provides the company's growing European customer base with direct regional support and local expertise. The staff of the new offices is comprised of experienced individuals from the transportation industry able to serve maritime, intermodal, as well as auto transportation clients.

"Our decision to establish ESC Europe is significant for our global growth strategy. We have been successful in establishing a customer base with such clients as Dragados SPT and Koopman Transport," states Scott Skillman, President, "but now we will be able to offer direct support as well as attract new European clients."
